Budget Premiums Hub only resells digital subscriptions and accounts. We do not own, create, or control any products or services sold on this platform. - Payment Policy:
Full payment is required before any delivery or product fulfillment. No exceptions. - Delivery Times:
Delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery may take longer due to supplier delays, verification, or technical issues beyond our control. We do not guarantee instant delivery. - No Refunds:
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. - Replacement Policy:
We offer a replacement only if the product is proven to be inactive or faulty at the time of delivery.
Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product. Beyond this period, no replacements will be provided. - Supplier Risk:
