1. Reseller Status:
   Budget Premiums Hub only resells digital subscriptions and accounts. We do not own, create, or control any products or services sold on this platform.
2. Payment Policy:
   Full payment is required before any delivery or product fulfillment. No exceptions.
3. Delivery Times:
   Delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery may take longer due to supplier delays, verification, or technical issues beyond our control. We do not guarantee instant delivery.
4. No Refunds:
   All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
5. Replacement Policy:
   We offer a replacement only if the product is proven to be inactive or faulty at the time of delivery.
   Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product. Beyond this period, no replacements will be provided.
6. Supplier Risk:
   If suppliers fail to deliver a valid product or are fraudulent, Budget Premiums Hub is not responsible for refunds or replacements.
7. Customer Responsibilities:
   Customers must provide accurate and complete information for delivery. Incorrect information leading to failed or delayed delivery is the customer's risk and responsibility.
8. Legal Use:
   Products purchased from Budget Premiums Hub must be used lawfully and per the terms of service of the original providers. We are not responsible for any illegal use or consequences resulting from misuse.
9. Limitation of Liability:
   Budget Premiums Hub is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase, use, or inability to use any products or services.
